Pooper:
Nick thinks he defeated death’s plans when he prevents an explosion at the mall that would have killed everyone. But it turns out death was playing a longer game. Weeks later, as Nick drinks coffee with Lori and Janet, death causes a truck to collide with the cafe and crush all three of them.
Long Ending:
Nick (Bobby Campo) is at a stock car race when he has a vision that a multi-car pile up will cause the stadium to collapse and kill everyone. He panics as he recounts his vision to his friends Hunt (Nick Zano) and Janet (Haley Webb), and girlfriend Lori (Shantel VanSanten). Other patrons get nto a fight with Nick for distracting them from the race. A security guard named George (Mykelti Williamson) escorts all those involved out of the stadium, just before the crash occurs and the stadium collapses. The survivors include a racist fan (Justin Welborn), a mom (referred to in the credits as a MILF) (Krista Allen), and a mechanic (Andrew Fiscella).

After learning of the events in the first film, Nick realizes that death is now trying to tie up any loose ends by killing the survivors in the order they should have died in. He and Lori try to locate the other survivors, but are too late to save the racist and the MILF from being killed in unlikely but gruesome ways. Although they manage to convince George that they are in danger, Hunt and Janet refuse to believe their warnings.

The trio visit the Mechanic, but are unable to prevent his death. Lori suddenly gets a vision that water will be involved in the next death. Hunt and Janet died simultaneously in Nick’s vision, so they split up to try and save them. Nick is too late to stop Hunt from drowning and being disemboweled by a malfunctioning pool drain. But Lori and George manage to save Janet from drowning in her car when a car wash she’s in traps her inside and begins flooding the vehicle with water. That night, knowing he’s next, George tries to kill himself. But all his suicide attempts are thwarted. He reunites with Nick and Lori to tell them, and they assume that saving Janet a second time has broken death’s cycle of murder.

Later, however, Nick sees on the news that a guy wearing cowboy clothes had also survived the stadium collapse, but is in a coma. Nick realizes that the cowboy is actually next before George (and that’s why death hadn’t come for George). He and George rush off to try and save the cowboy, but the cowboy is killed when a tub on the floor above him is overfilled and smashes through the floor to crush the cowboy. George is then killed soon after.

Nick then has another vision, seeing that Janet and Lori will be killed in a freak explosion inside a movie theater. He rushes to the mall where the theater is and sneaks into the back to find a fire slowly making it’s way towards barrels containing explosive liquid. Though death tries to stop Nick from interfering (by having a nail gun malfunction and shoot him in the arm, thus pinning his arm to a nearby wall), Nick manages to put out the flames and prevent the explosion. Having now saved himself and the two women, the three friends celebrate that they are truly safe.

A couple of weeks later, Nick, Janet and Lori meet for coffee at a cafe and sit at a table near the window. After getting a bad feeling, Nick wonders aloud if his movie theater was just a ruse, and their survival was part of death’s plan so they’d finally all be in one place. Nick is proven right when death causes a series of events that results in a truck running off the road and smashing into the cafe, killing all three of them.

Order of Deaths:

  • Various people – Killed when a tool falls on a stock car racing track and shreds the tires of a race car. The car crashes and causes a chain reaction with the other cars. They smash into the decrepit stadium, which crumbles and explodes, killing various spectators. One woman who followed Nick and his friends out of the stadium is decapitated by a tire that flies out of the stadium in an explosion.
  • Racist – His tow truck begins rolling down the street when he is outside trying to burn a cross in George’s yard. He runs after the truck and gets caught in the towing mechanism. It drags him down the street, sparks a fire on leaking gas, and burns him to death.
  • MILF – She escapes being killed when her haircut chair falls over and almost impales her on her stylist’s scissors, and also when a ceiling fan collapses next to her. As she walks out of the salon, a riding lawnmower drives over a rock one of her kids earlier threw and launches it through the MILF’s skull.
  • Mechanic – After avoiding being run down by a runaway car, a snappes cable causes a gas tank to be broken. The tank flies through the air and smashes into the mechanic. It launches him so hard into a chain link fence that his body is bisected.
  • Hunt – While swimming, he gets vacuum sealed to a pool drain. The pressure eventually sucks his guts out of his butt.
  • Cowboy – While in a hospital, a tub on the floor above his overflows and rots out the floor/ceiling. He tries to crawl away, but the tub falls through the floor/ceiling and crushes him.
  • George – Run over by an ambulance while at the hospital to try and save the Cowboy.
  • Lori, Nick and Janet – When scaffolding collapses into the road, a truck drives off the road and crashes into the cafe where they sit drinking coffee. It crushes all three of them.
